stay away from my used oil. My bug out deuce and a half runs wonderfully on black diesel.

in all seriousness, I don't really drive my gen2 on the street anymore, unless it is part of a run route, or I'm literally just taking it to go get coffee in the morning to put some miles on it after i make changes.

That being said, I change ALL the fluids after each run. In some cases, I may have only put 1000 miles on the truck, but dirt miles are VERY different than street miles. The only time I'm under 4K rpm is when I'm standing still (for the most part).

Maybe y'all would call the fluid changes wasteful, I call it courteous. No one wants to be the guy holding up the group because of something that could have been avoided.

And every time someone's run is ruined due to a $4 something that can't be sourced in MX, I add something else to check or change between runs, so it doesn't happen to me.

Hey Zombiekiller. How do you like that Wraith shorty exhaust?

I do. One of the trucks that came with us to baja sur was running it. once i got back, I ordered one, as I absolutely HAMMERED my modified stock exhaust.

I'm running spd downpipes, a borla resonator ( only because my factory one was destroyed) and the wraith exhaust.

It is still breaking in, so it is a bit loud on cold starts, but otherwise, I'm very happy with it. It has been quieting down since I first put it on. I have honestly7 only driven the truck about 50 miles, but I am anticipating that some of the cold start pitch and the overall tone will continue to get better as it breaks in.

I'd buy it again.

Did my first oil change today. AMSOIL 5w30 Signature Synthetic with K&N Performance Gold filter. As I was installing my Fumoto valve the bolt part snapped in two at the pass through holes. I was barely putting any torque on it, definitely not enough to break it. Due to having O-rings it does not require torquing. Upon further inspection it looks as if it had a previous crack where it ultimately broke. I’m out 40 bucks I guess.
