fumoto and first oil change to synthetic at 1500 miles
I've always been interested in the fumoto valves. What's your experience? I'd hate to have Ford blame it for something going wrong with the engine, if it ever happened. Looks extremely convenient.

I used a fumoto valve on my Tacoma for over 7 years. Got every oil change at the dealer though (extended warranty) and every tech would always thank me. It got to the point there they started offering those valves with every service for future services.

I utilize the dealer as well and thought they'd probably like it. Been reading reviews for years that the plug sticks up above the lowest part of the pan (on some vehicles, not sure about ours) leaving dirty oil that cannot drain. I'll have to get one and look at it and do some measurements unless some nerd like me has already done it elsewhere and I need to do some searching. Thanks for your input!
