SOS here
Idk if I’m goin crazy but here we go
The rear of the truck seems to bounce no matter how flat the road. I can’t tell if it’s speed dependent but it doesn’t happen with every rotation of the wheel. Almost like an irregular heartbeat. But it feels like the drivers side rear bumps like you’re going over a small road deflector. Tires were just balanced yesterday in hopes to fix the problem. No leaks and the shocks are new.

Transfer case, transmission, oil, and Diff fluid changed recently. No noises.

BONUS ISSUE
When idling forward on the brakes it feels like I’m driving in deep gravel, but no noise from inside the cab.

Anyone?
@Gumby ? Haha
Discount tire is notorious for way over tightening the lug nuts, they spun the lug nuts caps on my Raptor and warped the front rotors on the wife's Jeep installing tires. May have done one or the other on your Raptor.

Yea
These rotors are cross drilled/slotted and were on it when I got it. It may very well be the brakes. But there’s no grinding noise

I made an appointment at the ford dealer here’s hoping lol

Just got done installing 1 7/8” kooks headers & mid pipe along with the corsa extreme exhaust…gotta say the truck sounds amazing! Even my wife’s foot got a little heavier on the gas this past weekend. Hard to get a clean picture of the headers off the block.
Video link with sound would be awesome please?

Lots of different places
Finally got around to my rear wheelwells yesterday after rotating tires. I got a little close with the pressure washer in the right rear so figured I'd try the Raptor Liner undercoating, might as well hammer the pinch welds while I'm at it:

Left side wasn't much better:

Grabbed a 10-pack of Hercules cutting discs from Harbor Freight along with a new faceshield but didn't even burn through 1 disc doing both sides...and went a bit far a couple times heh:

I had the 15lb sledge standing by just in case but the 2.5lb did the trick with a couple passes:

Scuffed and masked, some surface rust at the very top of the wheelwell and on some of the bed crossmembers, wish I could pull the whole bed and do it all at once but not this time:

Stupidly I only bought one can, should have gotten at least 2 or 3. But I got a good first light coat on there, I'll get some more and follow it up next weekend or the one after...
