All welded no clamps…I recycled the muffler found on the highway that someone lost brand new with pipes and clamps, Hahaha I was being Green and recycling

Bypassed my non-operational rear defrost with a jumper wire so that I can have heated mirrors again. Getting the SCAB rear seat back out is a trick, but now that I have seen how the retainer works it shouldn’t be too difficult in the future.

There is a 2-wire connector behind the passenger side rear seat back. It has a black wire and yellow wire. The black wire runs to the defrost grid and the yellow is tapped into the grid as well to send a signal that the rear defrost is on.

I unplugged the connector, leaving the rear defrost side of the circuit disabled, and made a short jumper wire that connects the two wires inside the other connector.

Basically, I jumped the black wire to the yellow.

My rear window stopped working, thankfully it looks like for most people its just the switch. I gotta place it on order once I get a chance but I'm living out of a hotel for the next few weeks.
