How do you disconnect it at the diff? That would be a good thing to know how to do in a pinch.Started out for the lumber yard today and discovered the rear end was locked with the switch in the off position. Disconnected it at the the diff and it unlocked. We'll see if a new switch fixes the issue.
There's an electrical connector on the diff. I just unplugged it. When messing with the dash switch I could get the indicator light to turn off by pushing in on the switch and holding it but the diff didn't unlock. The diff did unlock when I hit +/-25 mph. I'm hoping that means the solenoid is good and it's just a bad switch. For +/- $25 I thought I'd just try a new switch before spending a bunch of diagnostic time. How do you disconnect it at the diff? Do you know what they define as "lifted"?This is the Trackmotive Heavy-duty Raptor CV axle. It's the Driver side but RockAuto has them both in stock, and there's no "Raptor Tax" on them.View attachment 445208
