When I bought my Raptor last August, I had just gone to the dealer to test drive a F150 XLT FX4 ecoboost.
We had a Titan Heavy Metal edition, only 3 years old, but were getting the new truck itch.
The big truck sales going on egged me on to go test drive but after driving the 150 I wasn’t impressed enough to let go of the Titan. The 150 felt soft and it’s ecoboost felt slower than my Titan’s V8. I think they had 87 in the tank.
They had a Raptor sitting there with a $10K markup. I told the manager I love the look of the Raptor but will never pay ADM!
He said take it for a drive then come talk to me!
It felt like a truck is supposed to feel and he took off the markup plus another $1000!
I have had three tunes since 1500 miles but have settled on the MPT. It makes the truck feel like I think it is supposed to feel!

My only other Ford was a 86 red ****** (the ginger bitch) hatchback that I had in my early twenties - which I beat into the ground and still almost got 200k miles out of her. Between that car and my current truck I've mostly had German cars. FF to 2018 - took me over 25 years to buy another Ford. But I can say unless something drastically changes for the worse, the only thing I would trade my Raptor for is another newer, better Raptor.

This is funny. I don't know how many times I've been told that they don't like Fords, but sure like my Raptor (and Raptors in general).

Nice purchase and welcome to the forum.

Just sold a Mercedes GLE63 an bought a Raptor. Have to admit that I haven’t owned an American vehicle for decades. Never thought I’d own one. Moved from LA to Middle TN a handful of months ago. I decided that I’m done with the BS. I love THIS truck. It’s a beast. My wife loves the truck. My two daughter love the truck. There hasn’t been a Ford in my family forever. This truck has put Ford on my family map. Thank you, Ford!

I've always owned Fords and never had any major issues I know it happens but so far this Raptor is a also proving to be a great truck.

I wanted a Raptor when they first hit the Market and finally could afford one so I purchased a 2019 Supercrew.
