Yeah, haven’t seen one before, but it looks more “legit” than aftermarket...

no gen 1 truck ever had a switch there..... gen 2 either. it was added for something. not sure what though. check under the hood for aux wiring or wiring going to the battery. could be lights.

got it. so it lights up your foot well so you can see the air brake in midair.

It's the air brake switch @zombiekiller has in his truck, lets the Raptor stop mid air while you decide if this was a good idea or not.

for when I'm like 20 feet off the ground and want to stop for a second to enjoy the view.

While @GordoJay is using his tape measurer, you have to stop so he gets an accurate measurement for the height from the road.
