Wonderful, White608, congratulations! Break it in wisely, and do the first oil change between 800 and 1000 miles. And don't give in to testosterone poisoning and street race with some kid in a Mustang!

thanks ..

Yeah I was at work and just happen to be a place that I got service. Got a email that said they were taking it off the truck. Needless to say I was in a hurry to get to the dealer..

One thing that doesnt make sense, texting works in the car but in the Rap it says phone not supported. It's a friggin Windows phone!

What do you mean Texting in the Truck?

What do you mean do the first oil change at 800-1000 miles? Does it make a difference?

Congrats on the truck. Silver in the supercab looks great. you will enjoy it.
Humvee- change the original oil from the factory after a 1000 miles and get some good synthetic in it. Alaways a good practice for a new engine. Let her break in and then change. Get any break in left overs out of the motor. And you can use your favorite synthetic and have peace of mind that all os good with the world.

Roger what Stevenstommyboy1 said. It sure does make a difference! There is a certain amount of metal shavings and casting flash left in the engine during manufacture. Added to break-in wear, the initial oil gets dirty very, very quickly. Change your oil not later than 1,000 and you will see for yourself. If you want to keep your truck for a long time, this is a very good thing to do. Think of it as cheap insurance.
