Haven't been to my dealer yet but have you heard of any problems with what appears to be something loose in the front suspension? when driving over small asphalt bumps especially the right front rattles and I can feel the rattle in the gas pedal!! Not sure if that is a characteristic or what. Putting the brake didn't make a difference.

There is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) that covers a clunking noise in the Raptors suspension. Basically it states that it's normal for the internal bypasses in the Fox shocks to make clunking noises over bumps. Thats probably whats going on with yours. I know my shocks clunk pretty noticeably when cold but quite down some when they warm up. But probably wont hurt to have your dealer take a peak at it just in case you have more going on.

When you say small bumps are you talking about speed bumps??? cause I have never had a vehicle that didnt make a rattle noise when going over them...

Thax for the info,, will go to Mr Ford and have it checked out. The clunking noise happens on typical street asphalt patch work, I do think it improves with time on the road. I'll let you know what my dealer says,,, they have been very helpful in the past.

Big surprise after being at Ford today,,,it was the shocks!!! BS. My Ford dealer found nothing but heard the clunking in the front. Gave me a Ford Motor Co. response,, "this is normal and do not attempt to correct! Fox Shocks, some customers may hear a boom, chirp, or clunk noise from the front and rear shocks most often heard over small sharp bumps from frost heaves, potholes or expansion joints. This is normal originating from the hydraulic motion of the fluid..blah, blah " I am all in with the action,,, $50 grand is to much for this noise,, there is a problem!

Aaron,
Can you find out the straight up on this option. Sel opt 428 Hi Alt use. That is what I saw. Looks like high elevation mapping. Can you order this and block heater on a truck even though your a flatlander dealer? I live at 6,500' and rarely drive below 5k.
Thanks
