The smaller right screen seems random at times, and depends what I have on the main when I start or restart the truck. Don't like it.
Also, the wireless charger is useless... but wireless carplay has been great.
Using wireless CarPlay and wireless charger together isn't enough juice to charge the phone.

While I have an offroam phone holder as I prefer to see my phone and plug in, why do you say the wireless charger is useless? When I used it it works as intended. Once in a while after a bump in road it will flash a message saying reposition phone but it doesn’t need to be as it’s a momentary loss of contact.

Because it won't charge the phone when you are using carplay or any nav related app... it barely keeps it at a steady state.
If you are just charging the phone and not using it in an way, it will work.

I ended up buying a magsafe wireless charger. Now I can see the phone and it actually charges while being used.

I have my 21 setup so that the Ford Nav is always on the main screen and Apple Music via carplay is alwasy on the side. It always appears this way when I turn my truck on.

If I use my phone for apple maps, as mentioned, the wireless charger does not provide enough voltage so I use a cord plugged into the center console compartment. The phone sits in the horizontal phone slot since I use the Carplay screen as my phone interface. The built-in cordless charger seems to work fine if I just stream music that is downloaded on my phone to the Ford stereo system

Mine charges the phone when using carplay. I always use Waze. I have a 13 Max Pro.
