I wish SW would but, no I am... they wont make any unless they have 10 people with a deposit. Who knows when that will be... So, I ordered a set of flanges and tube parts and Im going to make a set for me...

NICE! Definitely need to check these out when your done.

Thanks! That means a lot coming from someone who built a bed rack like that!

lol I think I'm gonna have a harder time with my bumper trying to get all the bends I need into it with the bender I have which is the same one you used.
I've been having a hard time trying to figure it out.
Also I want to try something a little funky. ;)

I don't know if it will help you or not but the sand I used at first was crushing in the bender hints why my main bar isn't as nice and round as the top loop. I used a synthetic bauxite that they use to frac oil wells with and its way better. Crush rating of it is like 15,000 psi and sand is around 3000-4000 psi. Also the bauxite is 99% round so when its full you know it is really full and doesn't have voids in it like sand does. I'll put a pic of it up when I get home tomorrow so you can see it.

I saw that you used this material which is a form of Aluminum I guess, where do you buy it? Is it expesive?

Good questions.... I got it from a guy who knew a guy...:biggrin:

Hahahaaa well then not sure where to get it. The Silica sand did work pretty good until I went passed 90 degree it started to pop a bit but not much.

Mine might have been due to the 4130 chromoly pipe.
