Curious if anyone has tried these wheels with geisers and 37” Ridge Grapplers?

You're going to have to do some trimming.

We've fitted these wheels on Nitto Ridge Grapplers in a 325/60/20 and still have rubbing at full lock with RPG Adjustable Spring Perch collars set at 2 5/6" of heigh increase.

What would you have to run on 20s with stock truck to not rub on daily driving?

You'll want to run a 35x12.50x20. If you run a K02, it's 0.2" taller than the OEM 315/70/17 tires. With a 35" tire, you'll only get slight rubbing at full lock in reverse on stock suspension. If you add a pair of spring perch collars, you'll eliminate the rubbing.
