Yup, all you need is some 2" steel or aluminum angle (L-shaped bar) cut to width with a couple of holes drilled... no need to spend $40 + shipping on that kind of stuff!

Craziest thing is, that part used to be $9.99 retail for a set. Why it went up to $40 just baffles my mind..

Got my 50 mounted today. Will post some output pics once it gets dark.








Bottom lights are Vision X Evo Prime bars. Both use the same 10W leds, so we'll see how much difference optics make.

Oh yea. Wish I had gone with a 50" roof mount to begin with. Having the light up high changes everything. This thing is crazy bright though, but XPR vs Evo Prime I'm giving the XPR the win. Both are great, but the optics on the XPR are amazing.

I've sold a few 40" to forum members, I'm sure someone has. I think they fit with the Rigid 40" mounts for $40.... (but in all reality you can make your own for about $5 and a little time)
