VIN tracking details.

When tracked on the Ford website with new VIN, My order and my buddies order had the same mistake. It had the tailgate appliqué delete. Neither one of us asked for it and the dealer says it must be a mistake on Ford side or not displaying correctly. They are trying to figure it out.

I was able to see my vehicle and the only way I can identify that I still have the tailgate appliqué was in the image.

I assume the image for your truck shows the tailgate appliqué missing?

it's there in the picture but its listed under the Accessories:

If you ordered the 801A package it is part of that package that is why it shows deleted.

I have the tailgate delete and my pictures show the tailgate applique. Also I don't see the tailgate delete listed anywhere. Suppose I need to call the Hotliine on Monday!
