Perry Ford in Poway took my order. I have been working with Patrick and am pleased with their customer service so far. Everywhere else I checked (south bay, north county, temecula) were chargeing crazy premiums over sticker. A co-worker of mine ordered through Redlands around the same time as I did and is still waiting for his order to get pulled.

Good question! I showed up for my appt. with Patrick while he had another customer (or his grandmother) and built my Raptor online. I printed it out and he made enough time to staple his card to my order sheet. He made me a copy while I gave my 1K deposit.

We only have a verbal agreement that I wouldn't pay over sticker and at a theoretical 2.99 rate. The worst case is I pay MSRP and have my service performed at another dealership. Best case is I get it average to better than the TruCar print out and do all my service with Perry. Either way, I've been waiting for a couple months already with a build date for this week.

Yea crazy, like I need more uncertanty now other that my actual delivery date.
