You aren't going to need a CAI and cat back exhaust to see 50 hp.

Agree! An independent Aftermaket partner for Ford Performance had my Raptor for 5 days. They did Tune Testing, Installed New IC with Dual Fans and used my truck to design a CA. approved Cold Air intake system! I have had an X-pipe installed as well! The Tech told me that they are going to offer Tunes. They are going to have a Tune that are suppose to be 25hp without voiding your warranty. I know by the color of my Exhaust pipe in front and behind X-pipe that they Ran my Raptor hard! From what I understand, Ford will offer the CAI and IC as upgrade options for future Raptors. Who knows for sure! Once they get the CAI designed, I am suppose to bring my Truck back for Lite Tune and CAI install. I will ask to take a video of Who they are and as much of the install as I can get! I do notice an improvement from IC install!
