Vavle Cover Replacement

Truck is leaking oil from valve covers and oil pan. Currently at 103k with no issues thus far. Problem is my shop is telling me they are on backorder nationwide.

Does anyone out there have access to a set of valve covers and oil pan with associated gaskets for a 2017? If I can help source the parts maybe I can get her back out the shop quicker. Any help getting oem or even upgrade aftermarket parts would be greatly appreciated!

I have an entire Eclick system in the garage waiting to get put on and it's killing me for it to just be sitting at the shop waiting on parts.

Sorry can't help you with parts but I think my truck has a similar valve cover leak/crack. Is this a common issue?

Hey I can help you source one of these I just got my front valve cover while skipping the so called 23,000 people back order. You need to call a Ford and make them search every dealer inventory on the part number take down all phone numbers and over night it to yourself.

There was 3 dealers in Texas that I found that had it about two weeks ago. Call a dealer in Texas and make them do a search for you.

So what a lot of people are doing is taking JB weld HIGH HEAT PUTTY to that crack it’s actually right in the corner of that photo you sent it’s a common crack.. my mechanic shop told me they think it’s from them torquing these plates down to hard it’s causing a lot of issues for many people. Lmk if that helps. I JB welded mine til I found one.
