VALVE SPRING UPGRADES?

Hey Guys this one is for Gen 1 owners. I've had my 2014 Supercrew for a little over a year & really enjoying the truck! As I have gone through & upgraded some things I was wondering if anyone has preemptively replaced their valve springs due to hearing stories of them breaking & sometimes resulting in a dropped valve / grenading the motor. Sounds like a nightmare & I would imagine just putting in an upgraded set would be a smart move. I've seen an upgrade set from Livernois that comes with a camshaft / valve springs / cups but that is the only thing I was able to find on the subject. Any input you gentlemen have is greatly appreciated!

You can buy just the stock ones from Rockauto, no need to go aftermarket unless you are building a whole new motor, in my opinion.
