I'm all about two things when it comes to component add-on's. One is looks and the other is purpose. If it's only looks, forget it! I say anything stronger, is better, and they give the look as if you put the truck to some serious use. I'm not a fan of cutting down factory stock, but certain parts like stronger upper and lowers, engineered to fly with factory performance, I'd go for it.

We offer a uni ball upper arm that is designed for the guy who wants to run the 2nd and 3rd perch. here is the link.. Arms and tie rods are a must!!!!!

A arm link. ORP 1" UNI Ball Upper A Arm W/ Heims

Tir rod link. ORP Heim Steering Tie Rod System. 7075 aluminum 1-1/4

Call us if you have any questions 949-581-5001

I just had some uniball UCA's made but using bushings instead of the heim mounts. What advantages are there to using the heims? I definitely like the way yours look!

Also, you mentioned these are must for guys with the perch adjustment. Are there any differences in your UCA design that works better on the top perch compared to the other shops?

Yes good question. We rotate the uni ball cup so it won't bind up at full compression or droop. It's designed for the 2nd and 3rd perch adjustment. The raptor is aligned from the bottom arm so using heims on the top will stop any side to side flex in the mount. Bushings will allow for movement and will wear out faster depending on how much use your raptor gets.

is that going to require your shop to do the install? or can it be done on the opposite side of the country fairly easily by a competent shop? (like 4wheel Parts) The east coast isn't prerunner mod friendly. :supergay:

No Shit! No one in TN knows what beadlocks are.

The UCA is a fairly easy install. Even the hacks should be able to install it.

Wish I could give more feedback on the UCA (I have it and the tie rod mod), but I kinda ****** my truck up fairly quickly into the run this past weekend and knocked the alignment out. What I can say is that the ORP items took my abuse and begged for more. I so gave it to them. When we pulled into Vegas on Saturday my steering wheel was pulling to the right. When we pulled into Santa Ana on Sunday my steering wheel pulled to the left. I did end up slowing my ass down and quit being so hard on my truck half way through Sunday.
