Upfitter switch wire harness bundle?

Hey Guy, in case you haven't found them... for the direct wires to the fuse box, they are right up against the fuse box under the hood. For the feed from the cab... in the engine compartmant about a foot to the right of the fuse box close to the firewall there is a bundle. Inside the cab it is in the pass side, under glove box, pull panel to the right. Bundle is down under the area you can see, just dig around for it.

What awg size are the various wires for aux switch and for pass through wires? Does someone have a Ford wiring diagram that shows the wire sizes? I've seen the one with the amp capacity...I'm looking for actual wire gauge size.
