Upfit switch - hot all the time for ARB Fridge

I've searched without much luck, and I have misplaced my manuals/supplements.

Anyhow, I want to wire an ARB fridge inside my cab for long trips and obviously it needs to stay on 24/7. I'm not worried about killing the battery. On my 2020 is there an "easy" solution for wiring it to the upfit switches for always-on power? Thanks and sorry for a somewhat newb-like question.

Why not just wire it directly to the battery? I wouldn't mess with a switch. Run a fused home run directly to the battery.

Yea from my understanding I would run this directly to the battery. I think both the ARB and Dometic fridges have auto shut off features where if the trucks battery goes below a certain voltage it will auto turn off so not to kill your battery.

Why not just plug it into the AC outlet? Doesn't the ARB have an AC adapter? My knock-off fridge from Amazon came with a 12V cig plug or an AC adapter.

Youd be out of luck running it to one of the upfitter switches anyway since when the truck is off those are off.

Neither the AC nor 12v outlets are on 24/7, and the 12v outlet doesn’t have enough amps to power the fridge.

I bought the ARB wiring kit and connected straight to the battery. The wires are long enough to run over the radiator support, through the clutch hole grommet, and under the sill covers to the back seat where I mounted the outlet box on the package tray. The ARB fits perfectly in the single jumpseat area, so the truck still seats 4 people plus fridge.

Does the kit have some type of regulator in it so it won't drain the battery? I read somewhere that they do.

Nope. However, the ARB fridge does. It stops cooling if the incoming voltage drops below a certain level.
