Whats the difference between B10 and B6, other than updates? Is the quality any better? Anything at all?

Not sure, never had B6 or a B for that matter. For Baja, doubt if much change but new roads and POI and other updates for the last 4 years in the USA would be on there. You do need to update Sync to accept the updated card from what I understand

I know this thread is about a year old, but I just got my 2011 in January this year, I would really like to update the Nav on my Raptor. Was looking for a guide to do it, is there one?

There is a new one every year. Not sure that the 2011 has the Sync 2 system that uses them.

I'm pretty sure you can't use the card, they encrypt vin # and Nav serial # to the maps before sending them out.

I've bought them on eBay and they have worked for me with no issues.

This is the seventh SD card I have bought on eBay since the A4 that came with my Raptor, all have worked but one. The SD cards are not tied to a vin #. To be fair though I have not tried the B10 card yet.
