Up for new tires contemplating 39s

Mocking up some custom fender liners, and have questions for the group.
1. Does this look like adequate fender liner coverage/design?
2. What material do you think I should build out of?
-Aluminum
-Fiberglass
-ABS plastic
-nitrile rubber
-cardboard and duct tape
-?

Fiberglass with a layer of Kevlar or Carbon/Kevlar facing the wheels to absorb the stone impacts.

Next up on the list of projects is fabing up this 8 led pod pusher bar for the front bumper. This has the same radius as the bumper and should only stick out about 2-3” for a real smooth look.

It’s funny, as with most things, you get used to what you have and when you go bigger, faster, or brighter it’s like what you had before was child’s play.

I have felt this many times now between tire size changes, speed, fenders and now lights...


I do think I am going to pull out the 11” bars from behind the grille. I think the new lights are going to block them

Your right super redundant. might just sell them with the bracket I made that goes between the frame rails.

Alright played around with the new light bar and got it all set. Even just the eight tabs look cool can’t imagine what it will look like when the lights are on.

They are a knock off of Baja designs. I think I posted the link in an earlier post. I ripped one apart the other night to see build quality and they fairly well sealed. I use them for fitting and testing where I want lights. One day when I get everything the way I want I’ll drop the big $$$

but at 40W each they still pump a good 1500lumes each
