Reached out to my dealer just now. While we had hope, he thinks we will be re-ordering tomorrow. Bummer, as I like the tailgate features but don’t want a moonroof attached the way it is in the 22 order guide. I suppose I’ll have to mull that over tonight. Hopefully it ends up being a good thing though and we all get our Vin #’s quickly and our trucks soon after!

Got the call today and Ford canceled all 12 of my dealers orders. No more 2021 raptor. Have to reorder as a 22.

Got call from who? You had 12 orders? All unscheduled/clean? I'm confused by this. Can you provide some more detail, thanks!

Shame, I'm retired Navy and really wanted the LFG. I was going to get a tag that read USSBKYD....Navy Joke. I as many do not want the moon roof but wanted the tailgate upgrade. Standard tailgate it is. Atleast we will get a 22! Now what color to pick...Code Orange I'm thinking.....

I was originally a LFG, then changed to VB, just saw Code Orange in person last weekend. It looks damn good.

I asked FP if they can see if orders placed had allocations and said they aren't able to as they are away from production side of things. Dealers can submit orders even without allocations and they just will not be picked up by Ford.

For instance, for 2021 I had a dealer tell me they didn't have an allocation for me but would sell at MSRP for 2022. They took my 2021 build and submitted it, gave me a copy of the submitted order. They said Ford will not pick it up but I guess this was their way of getting me as a verified buyer for retail order in case they were allowed more allocations in 2021. They took a copy of my license, refundable $500 deposit, etc. I had the sales code and order number which I could track with FP which as expected was always unscheduled, but in their system for them to see as it was submitted to their system.

For 2022, will have to resubmit a new order as packages, pricing, colors change. This time around I'm in touch with multiple dealers agreeing to sell for MSRP and will see who actually has an allocation when order banks open.

So the dealership where I go had 12 raptors on order and they called me to say Ford told them none of them would be built as 21’s. They were all still unscheduled. Mine was ordered in June 16th. Iconic 801 high and 37’s. Right at 84k. Several from here out their orders in with them because they don’t mark up. Now have to wait to order a 22. But my 21 platinum will still be built.
