Unlevel bed on 13 Screw?

I was unloading something this evening and noticed that the bed on my new-to-me 13 screw is not level. You can see in the pic below that the spacing between the rear windows and the actual bed is more pronounced in the driver side... is this normal?

Most like the bed is straight and the cab is sagging. The passenger rear cab bushing is probability toast.
Or worse case someone jumped it and bent the frame

Thanks Huck. I asked the Ford rep at SEMA this week about this and as you said, it's either a bad bushing or it was jumped. I'll have the dealership look at it when I Get my alignment done
