Just thinking of ground effects. anyone tried to install xkglow? or any other?

If you're using them for off-roading to light up underneath with some under carriage cameras then yes they would be good but not just for ground effects. If only for ground effects like you see in wheel wells and underneath of tuners and sports cars that'd be a "no dog" for me

I located some rock lights fore and aft of the front and rear wheels for trail visibility. Some tight technical trails up here and lots of dark/rain about 6 months/year. When I break camp in the dark, I flick them on - look for stray things that sometimes find there way under the truck and then am on my way. I also put one under the hood on the same circuit so I had a light for connecting my compressor or checking under the hood.

I don't use them on the road.
