They will hire some temp workers to build them. Your build quality should be good though.

At least you are in "production" I am just at scheduled. And with the strike started, ill be watching to see if it gets pushed or what happens. Good luck!

As of now, and as it relates to Ford, looks like the strike only impacts the Bronco and Ranger factories. Of course this could change but that is somewhat good news for folks in this forum.

They should definitely get that. I mean, with how well they have done with quality control and getting vehicles built and out on the road, they should be showered with incentives.

I heard (from my local dealer) that Ford is going to keep building 2023 models through year end and won't start building 2024s until January. Can anyone else confirm ?

Edit: Just spoke to another dealer. They told me 2024 model year will be produced from January 2024 - November 2024

Both of my brothers-in-law are retired union members. The union screwed them both six ways from Sunday. As bad as you think big corporations are, unions are worse. Corrupt, crooked, and contemptuous of their members.
