I did remove the skid plate to spray. The gray/silver part on the lower bumper is part of the bumper, you cant take that piece off.

Nice job. looks good. I hadnt considered lining the skid plate before, but it does look better than i thought it would. Since my ADD front bumper has been powder coated silver to match my truck, I may look into some colored bed liner for it. As I recall, Upol does make colored or tintable bed liner.
