Tuning question

I bought my '13 SCREW a few months ago with about 15k miles on it. I've been contemplating getting the tune from SVC. If I pick up the tune with the SCT X4 I was wondering if there's a way to tell if the ECM was previous flashed prior to applying the tune?

I'm asking this because I want to make sure the factory tune gets backed up prior to applying any tune. Could I potentially take it to the dealer and ask them to flash the ECM to be sure?

Any dealer can check the x4 can not

^ true...the SCT X4 cannot tell you if the truck has been previously "played with."

If you're not sure...just have the dealer re-flash it to stock...then you have the base for when you do the SVC Tune.

I dont think the new tune would download if the truck us already tuned.
