"Verified check engine light was on. Scanned for codes found code PO722 OSS sensor. Found trans fluid leak inside trans rear bulkhead connector. Performed TSB 13-6-8. R&R molded lead frame connector on megatronics unit. Topped off trans fluid. Cleared codes. Road tested good."
This is a TSB:
TSB 13-6-8 (publication date June 7, 2013)
Issue: Some 2011-2014 Mustang, 2011-2013 F-150, 2012-2013 Expedition and Navigator vehicles equipped with a 6R80 transmission and built on or before 4/8/2013 may exhibit a transmission engagement in 5th gear when starting. The wrench indicator and/or the seat belt minder may be illuminated, the speedometer reads zero and the odometer displays dashes while driving. Symptoms may clear after an ignition key cycle. Diagnostics trouble codes (DTCs) PO720 and PO722 may or may not be stored in the powertrain control module.
