Can anybody elaborate on the clunk noise a little more?

That's not my video but it's probably the easiest way to describe the sound the "clunk" makes haha

Thanks Ben ! Defintley have that going on after the last hard sand run. When at a stop and accelerating defenitley is prevelent. Mine is a 2012 is this covered by anything? or will they just say grease the yoke as previous "fixes".

Your dealership will be in the best position to determine if a repair can be made under warranty, FREEHAVOC. About how many miles do you have on your truck?

As far as i know, NO, not unless you got the Maintenance plan back when u bought the truck.

Shocks excluded from coverage and not covered as i found out yesterday. Orderded new rears to replace both sides at once.

I just purchased a 2014 raptor with 150000 miles and I have the same clunk when I accelerate. With the miles that are on it will ford still take care of the issue?

They will for a price. Pretty easy job if you have some tools and grease. 12mm 12 pt (3/8” fits best), torque wrench, grease, and 20 minutes you can get rid of the clunk.

Note: it will return if you use the truck and stroke the suspension often.

i pop mine off every oil change/tire rotation now and keep er nice and wet.
