Ditto. They over tightened the pinion preload and locked up the rear end. Rebuilt it all and no more clunk.

I have a 2014 and mine does this...at least I know what to show my dealer when I go in now

My dealer is ordering the replacement parts according to the tsb and said he'd call for truck once parts arrive. I'll keep you updated. I have a 2013 w/ 16k with creaks and clunks like I'm driving a jalopy!

Sounds good, thank you...it's crazy that so many folks have an issue with this.

I'm pretty sure my 2010 king ranch made the same sounds

scab or screw? cause one of the tsb's is for screw only.
