Ditto. They over tightened the pinion preload and locked up the rear end. Rebuilt it all and no more clunk.

UPDATE: 2010 raptor w 6.2 so 10.5 Driveshaft sticker reads 9L34-4602-GD and yes I have the clunk.
I have a 2014 and mine does this...at least I know what to show my dealer when I go in now...
My dealer is ordering the replacement parts according to the tsb and said he'd call for truck once parts arrive. I'll keep you updated. I have a 2013 w/ 16k with creaks and clunks like I'm driving a jalopy!
scab or screw? cause one of the tsb's is for screw only.
