If your truck is a '22 you can save the auto start/stop to the off position with MyMode. Problem solved!

On page 352 on the '22 Raptor owners manual it lists the following settings you can save in MyMode. They are:

Drive mode
Steering Mode
Suspension Mode
Exhaust Mode
Four-wheel drive mode
Stop and start on or off
Rear electronic locking differential on or off

The sticker for my 37 I bought has the delete, and I can let y'all know when I get it in a week or two if it truly did or not.

Hope my 22 doesn’t have it, but it’s honestly not bad. Compared to my girls Toyota and Audi I had it’s not noticeable. Wish Ford put as much engineering to build quality as they do their auto start stop system

I've also heard most custom orders placed get it deleted by default. It's mainly the trucks arriving on lots with no owner already that are coming with it. Also apparently it's a lot less common by default on the 22MY due to chip shortage.
It's just the opposite. It was removed from dealer stock orders. For custom orders, you had to request removal.

If my truck ever arrives, it will not have the option. "My truck" is a dealer stock order that I put a deposit on in mid June.
