GEN 2 Truck Order Discussion

I was scheduled for this week and got pushed back 4 weeks. Delay seems random, someone else was scheduled this week and got pushed back 2 weeks. Argh!

Sounds like you and I are in similar positions. I'm currently scheduled for December 3rd, but having been bumped back three times already I don't have a lot of confidence that date is accurate.

And the delay definitely does seem random. There are a ton of people on here with build dates intact that never moved, and then some of us that are getting bumped more than once. It would be nice if the support guys at FP could give any answer other than, "I just see the current scheduled date..."

Truck is still listed as produced, and also my ETA is still 11/5-11/11... not sure how it could ship so fast but I’ll be anxiously waiting for the Thursday update

That’s something I haven’t paid attention to to be honest. WhTs the blend date?

I have a date at the bottom of the sticker that’s been 10/31 ever since I noticed it was there

I believe the blend date is the day that your truck will be built.

Does the blend date on your window sticker keep changing?

lol, window sticker. The only information I can get is through FP chat. The window sticker is unavailable and the order tracker also shows nothing. FP chat insists both of those will only begin working once the truck moves to line assembly, but that's obviously not true based on others here.

At this point, my truck is vaporware.

You live in Michigan, iirc? Close proximity deliveries are usually that day; Meaning the truck is loaded on a rig and delivered the same day.

Correct. And wow I honestly didn’t think it would be that fast. That gives me hope for this week

Like Vhudoo said, it's your production date. The date at the very bottom to the right is the blend date. The date to the left is the day your window sticker was created. Mine said 10/31/18 at the bottom and it changed today to 11/7/18 which is also my blend date. You can also see the blend date at the top of the window sticker above the word 'BLEND'.
