license mount - $40

It's going to be cheaper to replace parts than get a whole new bumper, without a doubt.

The grille is a different matter. $750

I would not replace the grill even if they gave you full value for it. cover the letters with vinyl or just have it repainted.

I definitely would do all you can to get a check rather than have a body shop do the work. The labor on this is rather easy and you don't want damage showing up on a carfax report.

Yep, I'm pretty sure those are the same parts I linked to in my original post. Even if I were going to replace all of the parts, I'd be doing it myself and not having a body shop do it, but that's a good point about the Carfax report.
