Transmission Temperature while Towing?

I've towed my Airstream thousands of miles from Colorado to Santa Barbara several times - no tranny heating issues though I have now purchased the Desert Trans Cooler that apparently is an option in Saudi areas.
Just need to install it.

Is it a CPO at least and they are taking care of it?

Yes. They are doing the repairs but this marks the second week I have had the truck in for service within the first 4 weeks of ownership. Frustrating.

Turns out the "Saudi Trans Cooler" is for Gen 1 only.
Oh well,

The culprit ended up being a leak that caused the fluid level to be low. The transmission has been thoroughly inspect and the seals have been replaced. The truck appears to be operating properly now. I guess the true test will come the next time I need to tow.
