Thank you for the info everyone. And just did the tcase also no metal shavings like I thought and filled it up to where it needed to be. Now I got to get a drive shaft and ujoint but that will have to be Monday since everyone is closed today

Axle Exchange's driveshaft comes complete it's just a bolt on!

Many of use SC guys are running this driveshaft haven't had an issue yet.

You may want to check the straps and bolts or just order new ones, they have them in stock.

Signs of off roading?!? Really? They give you a video series on how to off road it safely when you buy the truck in the owners manual. Please post that dealers name so that nobody here will go there anymore. There has got to be something more there, I would have taken it to another dealer.

Yes that is exactly what they said and the name of the dealership is perry ford in national city ca and believe me I called ford corporate and told them and they didn't help much either

be sure to check them in at the dealership thread that @The Macf started to help all of us know of good and bad dealers.

My dealer is one of the best and most cooperative I've ever been at. He's told me that he tries to help me the best he can cause he knows that I use the truck as it was intended from the factory. It's always, hello mr. kubany when I walk in and they are all jumping to help.

If you have the ESP, there is no reason that it shouldn't be replaced under warranty.

Also, one thing to know about the 2010 trucks, they have weak point in the rear axle. Many who off road hard have blown theirs. It may not take much, a simple doughnut could do it.

Best of luck and let us know how it goes.

I've had two t-cases replaced, both for the same reason. The first dealer just put on a new t-case under warranty and sent me on my way. 100 miles down the road it puked fluid all over the freeway and my truck. Dropped it off at a different dealer and they denied warranty because the cause was a dinged driveshaft (no longer balanced). Replaced both the driveshaft and t-case and it's been fine since.
