That's what's so silly about it, it happens so irregularly. Sometimes, not at all. And then sometimes (yesterday) it happened to my wife 8 times within 30 miles. It happens sometimes sitting still in the driveway while the truck warms up in the morning.

We have never connected a trailer to it. Don't even have access to one anymore (it got stolen).

Huck, did you find a way to isolate/ fix the issue?

i actually destroyed some abs sensor lines. they were replaced and i haven't had the issue since.

First time i had it was on a gravel road, got a little sideways, like 3 degrees, and the trailer sway kicked on and then a bunch of faults.

Well, after much wasted time, my dealer FINALLY observed my trailer fault in person. Apparently, me telling them it was happening was not good enough. So they "duplicated the fault" finally, and guess what? As previously discussed, it was a bad wire from the factory. So, hopefully it is now fixed. I'm glad to have it back, and hopefully be done with this nonsense, but this has been a pretty weak showing from Ford. They refused to use common sense and check wires and the trailer connection (or just replace the dang thing) until they saw the fault themselves. Oh well. Time for some mods.
