Yea my '10 does this occasionally and I have found that Fluid Film does the best job and stays on the longest.

only thing I want to do is figure out how to polish off the rust on the fox shocks. Lots of people on the complaint thread but doesn't appear anyone has a solution to bring them back and stay on top of them. Anyone?

Guess I will start with the scour pads and work my way to sanding if need be, unless someone else can help?

Also, noticed my exhaust is not nearly as loud as it was on the '10. Did ford switch mufflers or add resonators in later models?

Your 10 probably didnt have a resonator, the early ones didnt
