I'm not (and I don't believe that anyone else is, either) being an Internet Tough Guy. Shit, I just want to make sure that the RIGHT information is put out there!
OK, so I just took the liberty to take my happy ass out to the garage of my beautiful home that houses the beast called the Raptor, and grabbed my FACTORY OWNERS GUIDE for the 2011 Ford F-150.
Went to the back glossary and looked up "Four Wheel Drive". Check, page 306. Got it, page ******* 306 I go.
HOLY JESUS, the FIRST ******* SENTENCE ON THE PAGE READS:

Oh, what's that? Still not convinced?
...but what about 4L (4x4 Low-Range)? Book never said anything about not using that on dry pavement!
Ahh...but they do; page 310 young-grasshopper:
If you want to continue reading on about the All-Wheel-Drive system offered on the Harley Davidson trucks and how they can have all 4 wheels, powered, and on dry pavement, read pages 310 and beyond.
