I ordered on 03/18. Build date is 05/06 with an ETA of 05/17- 05/23. My fingers are crossed that all goes smoothly.

Is anyone getting push back from Ford Service on Facebook messaging?
I message them once a week to see if Ford pulled my order for production. They tell me but kindly ask for me to ask my dealer next time.
Hey all- I have a window sticker, and my dealer told me it will be in between the 15th-20th. Waiting to sell my Avavlanche until I KNOW it's going to be in, but ready to put it on the market ASAP. Apart from calling my dealer again for them to check, where are you able to tell where it is in the shipping/transport phase? Can I as a consumer get that kind of detail?
Ford Performance – Via Telephone (800) 367-3788 , option 1 , [have last 8 digits of vin handy HFA00001] {FP looks to have more detailed tracking info on hand than FS}
Reaching out to them weekly is a good play to see that things are still on track - Lets keep this option available for us all, so try to not abuse it and message them daily
The FP team has been very helpful the one time I called them. Unfortunately they did not have all of the information I was looking for but gave me the latest status so that was nice and easy.

The dealer submitted my order on 03/15/2017. I skipped CF but ordered the beadlock wheels.
Ford started my build yesterday, 04/11/2017.
I'll update on progress.
