I tow a toy hauler, when fully loaded it’s over 9k lbs. A simple weight distribution set up,is all I use. The rear drops three inches, I have NO issues at all. I have not modified my truck at all.

How much weight on the hitch/tongue? Have you measured that?

I towed 5000lbs stocknodistribution hitch but very level hitch height and even load. The truck handled it great, way better then I thought it would given all the complaints. It squated the right amount and was very levelif not still slightly raked. The motor and trannylaghed at 5000 lbs!

I tow a 32’ camper, about 6200#. With a properly-adjusted WDH, I have about 1” of squat. Tows just fine. Didn’t want to modify the suspension in any way, and I’ve had no complaints.

The key is following the hitch setup exactly. In conjunction with the right tongue weight and a sway bar, the truck tows well. It’s not an F350, but I’m impressed with how well it handles it.

Any thoughts on pros/cons of these to help with the rear squat while towing?

I have them on my 2017 Raptor and they work great. You will need to remove them if you go off-roading, but doing such only takes a few minutes. My ride without a load is unchanged and the squat is gone with a load. Please note that you will need to order an additional 1" spacer for each side and buy longer bolts to accommodate the spacers.

So you remove the stock bottoming snubber and replace it with these longer Timbren bottoming snubbers?
Doesn't the new Timbrens still leave about 2" of compression travel before they hit the axle?
If so that means the truck still squats before they come into play?

The Timbren springs sit about an inch above your axle bump stop pads, hence, the reason why regular driving isn't impacted. When you add a load, they will come in contact with your bump stop pads and do a great job of preventing much more sag. Since your truck already has a forward rake, you end up sitting pretty much level with the Timbren springs and a load.

Interesting reading this thread.... Just got my truck a few days ago. I have a 28ft Magic boat that’s about 6300 lbs with the trailer and loaded..... I’m hoping the new truck tows it without issue..... Won’t find out until Memorial Day, lol.....

It'll tow great but you might get some rear end squat. More aesthetic than anything...
