All credit for this goes to pirate air. Thanks for this info, You Da Man!
I just took the numbers from the OP & put them into a 1 page reference sheet. After I did this, I figured the right thing to do is share it with anyone interested.

Inside the attached file TorqueSpecs.zip is the PDF

Hey Pirate air, I'm going to google these so I'll have 'em for tomorrow, but here is a list of things I want or need to get a good torque on after a exhaust system swap. Might be good stuff to add to your list.

Manifold/Header bolts
motor mounts
transmission mounts/ crossmember support.

Sorry, just saw this. If you still can't find them shoot me a pm and I'll see what I can dig up.

I'd say 50 on the headers and 100 on the motor/tranny mounts and cross member? if that seems too tight then just use the good n tight method and recheck after a couple days.

There are many torque application charts available online. Each fastener has a set range that should torqued to.
All set with Proof load, applied torque yield strength accounted for. IF you want the correct torque for a different grade or a diff material type just call one of the fastener companies and ask what torque you should use. I guarantee that SW will have a torque chart available for you.
