No, you'd need several feet of extensions to drive that tire crane with a ratchet. Doesn't your truck have a jack and associated tool kit? They should be under the rear seat, and the tool kit is packaged in a very nice black naugahyde case. The tire iron is in that case along with the tire crane crank. I can't believe that someone would filch the tool kit before selling you an uber truck!

Its all hidden behind the little storage cubby below the seat. Just fold the seat, remove the storage tray and you will find it.
