Been browing for a while, looking for a tool box or a box for the bed. Dont like the big tool boxes which buldge out of the rear bed, what i need to carry:

- Mount the WARN air compressor in it, once the lid is open the compressor can suck in easily. This will be bolted on.
- Long toe rope.
- Air compressor accesories.
- Small Tool box.
- Spade
- Fuel tanks, which is not a must, but if needed, i can tie them with a belt next to the box.

All for our demanding deserts. Would prefer something sitting in the front right corner of the bed (behind the passenger side).

Any suggestions?

y not get a different style bed box. like the ones that fit between bed rail boxes. it wont stick up higher then the bed rails. (u could even get one ment for a smaller truck like a ranger)
and a second idea would be to get a small gang box.
hope that helps.

1. Amazon.com: VIAIR 450P Automatic Function Portable Compressor: Automotive

SMALL..I have them in my trucks and it works great. It will fill 4 Raptor tires in less than 20 minutes I believe. This can be easily modified to mount to the truck behind the grill.

EDIT: Just reread your post. That Warn AC is pretty much the same thing. Mount it behind the grill and run the wires up the battery. Install a quick connect and leave it unplugged until you need it. Put the accessories in the bag and stuff the bag behind your rear seats.

2. Tow Rope. Fits behind the rear seats. I have 2 back there (one with hook, one without).
3. Air compressor accessories. All fit in the bag and goes behind your rear seat too.
4. Pick your tools out. Put them in a pile and get an appropriate Pelican case that will hold them all. Should be able to make this fit behind the rear seat too as long as you do not go nuts with the tools. (more on the toolbox in a minute)
5. Spade, folding one..fits behind the rear seat (this all fits behind the seat in my F350)
6. Adding this to your list: Jumper Cables. Behind the rear seat.

Toolbox. Here is another great option for you.

And finally the jugs which I have been avoiding. I run with a tailgate. I put my tanks against the tailgate in the bed, then ratchet strap them in through the handle. I use these in the appropriate colors for the most part. My yellows are diesel, white are clear is water, everything else is race fuel or 93 octane. I put them by the tailgate so that should they spill (which hasn't happened YET), they are the furthest away from the cab and makes for an easier cleanup.

I have the following WARN compressor with me already, this complete kit came with the truck from the dealer. dont know why they gave it, but its cool! This is what i need to mount in an enclosure, plus have other stuff (rope, spade, some tools, etc.) which will go in the same box.

Warn Industries - Air Products: WARN Air-Power SPI

and the accessory kit which came with the compressor:

Warn Industries - Air Products: Accessories

Where is the best place online where i can look into different boxes and order it from?

SPRSNK...please elaborate.

I have the 2011 SCREW and I need to learn of this magical storage space behind the rear seats and how it is accessed??? Let's see...two tow ropes, a spade, jumper cables, air compressor accesories and a Pelican toolbox all behind the rear seat--I can't wait. Do you fold the seat forward somehow? Can you still fold the bench up?

My first reaction is to say you're smokin' crack and washing it down with good 'ol Tennesee ****...but that wouldn't be nice. With all your Shelby's maybe you've mistaken your F350 for a Raptor...oh wait, you don't show an F350 in your sig. Hmmm.... Call me puzzled. :hmm:

Here's my rear seat pics:
