Hey Tom,
Thanks for all these photos of the build. I did the install for my one of their Stealth Behind the Rear Seat Packages this last weekend and found myself using your photos quite a bit to check placement and how to do the sound deadening material and wiring. Need to finish it all off, but otherwise I'm rather happy with how the truck sounds without that trash stock subwoofer. May look into another upgrade in the summer, haha

One last question - speaker wiring. I saw you mention you DIDN'T use the factory speaker wiring, and I'm in the same boat, but dreading going through the door connectors...how'd you do it? I'm not running crazy power - maybe 75w up to 100 watts w/XD800.8 - and I have a surplus of 12ga, but if factory would handle it (all things I've read say it would), I may consider.

I believe I’ve seen a few folks do aftermarket gear and use factory speaker wires. I have my JL VXI 800 bridged and am running 4 channels at 4x200 watts.

I came up the center panel and through the grommet and the rubber hose between frame and door. From there I just ran under the door sill.

Zero reasons to run new speaker wire into the doors. It's AC current, so high voltage, low amperage. We run 1000 wrms+ through the factory wiring.
