I mean one of my vette rear run flat PS4s is darn near as much as that. That is an incredible deal on 4 raptor tires.Modern tires are good for 7 to 10 years so 15mos didn’t bother me too much. @$575 for a set of 4 I’m definitely not complaining.
I don’t think they’re winter rated.Would be interesting to see how they run in the winter....
We have them on our 2010. Softer than a nurse's finger.Anyone have them on a Gen1?
Don't think I have ever seen a sidewall marking saying additional 10 psi...
Really a contradiction isn't it???
35 MAX, but 45 OK???
35 isn't really MAX then is it?
(I see how max. load @ p.s.i., is the spec. but seems odd and can't remember ever seeing that before)
Getting 15 month old date codes isn't too appealing.
My Father in Law used to get me clearance stuff when he was in the commercial tire business and they were clearing old inventory. He would get me sets at a 1/4-1/3 of list cost.
Sometimes I buy early and keep on hand until needed.
BUT... those were usually approaching 10 months to a year from date code on sidewall.
Does help explain low cost, but why SO much inventory getting aged?
Been seeing right around this price for quite a while.
Someone must have lots of them somewhere.
I have to do something and get new tires fairly quick.
My Hankook MTs are getting down there.
Won't complain too much about them (were on the Raptor when I got it).
But any moisture on the roads make it VERY hard not to fishtail and donut...
LOL. I didn't know that was a thing.I don’t think they’re winter rated.
