ok so my bfg's are getting really low and i really like the look of the general tires grabber but the only problem is that i dont know anything about the numbering. now the only ones they make for a 17 inch rim is the 35x12.5x17 and i was wondering if that tire would fit on the stock rims?:hmmm2::burnout::driver:

Yes, they will fit your stock rim. You will want to make sure your truck is at least on mid perch to avoid rubbing the inner fender liner and there may still be a need for a little trimming of the fender liner as well.

Let me know if I can help further.

There are a ton of threads here discussing the Grabbers. You might want to read some of them and get a feel for their road manners before you get a set.

This is the first I have heard that trimming is needed with 35x12.50r17s (Grabbers or otherwise). 35x12.50s have about 1/2" larger O.D. than the factory 315s. Have any more details? Grabbers only? I thought that was only needed for 37's or tires wider than 12.5".

Depends on which mudflaps you use. I used the PDP's and mid Perch didn't help. But with stock wheels you will be fine. It was the offset of the methods that caused my rubbing during full lock turns.
