Hey... need some help. My tires are rubbing on full turn on inner fendor well. I have stock 35s on method DS. Did some trimminh today... but its also touching sheet metal. I cant figure out if the offset on the tires is causing this or something wonky with my suspension setup....

I see that your forward lower control arm adjuster is all the way out, that pushes the tire back.
Go for some more aggressive caster adjustment, that will move the tire forward.

Its not a pinch weld. Here is a better pic.

That is extreme, either something is bend and it needed this setting or your alignment shop set your truck up for a front end wobble.

Yea under that flat piece is the pinch weld. Take the wheel well cover out and half way up that back side if a bolt holding that flat piece on take that off and hammer down the pinch weld behind that piece and that should give you enough room to clear it!

Or it could be the lower bolts like they said!

I had to do that with mine to fit 37's. I didn't hammer it I took my angle grinder to it then welded a bead down it to make sure it didn't separate.

Yeah definitely should not be rubbing on 35's and Method DS's. I am running the DS's with Toyo MT 35's and I do not rub at all.

I'm heading to the alignment shop tomorrow.... I can't remember when it started rubbing... probably after TRR... and I just haven't gotten a chance to take it over to them.
