I was going to do the install, but if you know someone who can get me a quote on the paint, I would appreciate it. My goal is under $500.

Are you going two-tone with the flares or all black? If all black, I would suggest color matching your rear flares while you're at it.

Probably two tone :/

I got a weird feeling today since I ordered the fenders, kinda like the feeling of doing a crappy job and jacking up my raptor.

I really want to do the Methods, but I also dont want to dish out $800.

I just think that the Projects on the stock rims look :gay:, and my cheapness in paint and DIY install might come out poorly, and that when doing top perch I have to take off the sticker and also risk the spring flying out- as well as having to constantly retorque the front shocks after I mess with them.

This is the price I pay for not having it done professionally :/ and it all started with "I need new tires"

Fenders are on. Still need to mount the door brackets though but the fender is pretty sturdy. Kept raining yesterday so my goal was to just get the new ones on and the wires up out of the way. Intake sounds much louder without the liners blocking it. :Rock on:

My friend said my truck looks like a panda with the white fenders and black truck. Gotta get it painted next week after the Raptor Run.

The rims came in, very fast shipping from SDHQ. Now just waiting on the tires. I will need to get 4 TPMS's though for the new rims so I can keep my stock tires on the stock rims for an extra set.

How does running the 35" spare with 37" tires for a short distance work?

Also of thinking of Mid perch instead of Top perch. Any suggestions?

I noticed my stock tires rubbed on the firewall seam (probably when I ripped out the fender liner on the whoops). Still need to cut that back, along with the front bumper plastic

ABS and traction control will freak out. The truck monitors the speed of each wheel and will not like seeing one going one speed and the other three going a different speed. Mechanically, it depends. If you are running it in the rear, keep the rear unlocked. I missed what year your truck is. If it is '12+ with the Torsen, running different size tires is a bad idea on the front.

First off, congrats...you are going to love this setup, looks good and you can hammer down offroad and not shred the tires. I agree, dont try the 35 mixed in, it will freak out the computer. Enjoy

Man, 4 wheel parts wants $410 to do top perch and realignment with cams.
$120 to get them mounted and balanced at Central Tire on Inglewood.

Made my appointment for Wednesday :)

Still need to cut out the firewall in the front, as well as the bumper facia that comes into the front wheel well. Any tips?

Do I have to cut/fold over the back seams as well in the rear wheel wells?
